At FLAX, we prioritize your satisfaction with our premium fashion collections. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
